Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll reach the center of Timmendorfer Strand, with Timmendorfer Platz, its famous cafés and restaurants, and exclusive shops and boutiques. The Baltic Sea, with its white sandy beach, is also just a stone’s throw away—almost right on your doorstep.

As soon as you enter the building, located at Poststraße 15 in Timmendorfer Strand, you’ll be immersed in the atmosphere of a Baltic Sea vacation—the sea, the beach, and pure relaxation. The hallway, which leads you to the second floor—where “Koje #2” is located—is paneled with white wooden planks. The first impression of a bright and welcoming vacation rental carries through all the living spaces of this dream home.
Under the roof, spread across the second and third floors, the two-room apartment awaits you with its bright living spaces. Overall, you’ll find a cozy oasis of comfort here for up to 2 people.
The lower living area features an open layout with spaces that flow seamlessly into one another. Here you’ll find a tastefully decorated living area with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Directly adjacent is the small, charming dining area with an open kitchen right next to it. The kitchen is modern and equipped with, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. When the weather is nice, the living area is complemented by the sunny south-facing balcony. Feel free to relax and daydream to your heart’s content!
The bedroom is accessible from the living area via an open “witch’s staircase” or space-saving staircase. It is furnished with a rustic double bed (140x200 cm). You can darken the cozy sleeping area using window shutters with stars and a blackout pleated blind. Please note that there is no separate door to the bedroom and it cannot be secured with a stair gate or similar device. In other words: The stairwell opens directly into the bedroom.
Thanks to its bright design, the bathroom feels very friendly and inviting. In addition to a glass-enclosed shower, you’ll find a vanity with a mirror and a hair dryer.
