About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
The newly renovated Muschel apartment is located at Höppnerweg 5. The central location of this beautiful vacation rental is particularly noteworthy. The lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shopping options, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks, begins just a few meters from the apartment.
The beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Grocery stores and a bakery are also just a few minutes’ walk from the vacation apartment.
Amenities
The 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor, offers approximately 40 square meters of living space, and is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, radio, and a small dining table for two. An open, high-quality built-in kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle is integrated into the living area.
This vacation home features a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200 cm). The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door. A fitted sheet measuring 160x200 cm is required for the box-spring bed. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom can be darkened using exterior blinds.
The modern bathroom with a shower is equipped with a hair dryer.
The furnished balcony faces west and features an awning, rounding out this vacation home on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space, which is already included in the rental price. Across the street, near the supermarket, there is also the option to use electric vehicle charging stations (for a fee).

The basement features a shared washing machine (for a fee) and a bike storage room. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.) This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
