Located close to the beach yet in a central part of the Baltic Sea resort, on Birkenallee, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of a quiet and central location.
This vacation home is located just about 100 m from the white sandy beach. The pedestrian zone and the town center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shopping options, cafés, and restaurants, are about a 5-minute walk away.

On the second floor of the building, the “Strandläufer, App. 14” opens its doors to up to two people and a dog, inviting you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and by the sea.
Through the spacious entryway with a coat rack, you enter the open dining area with a kitchen-diner and large windows.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment., Whether for a hearty breakfast or a leisurely dinner, there’s plenty of counter space here.
The bedroom is right next door and promises a restful night’s sleep with a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m); it also features ample storage space and an additional TV.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer, is also located on the second floor. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
This floor is rounded out by the furnished balcony facing southwest.
Through the open-concept dining area, you’ll reach the attic, the third floor.
