Welcome to Domizil Strandburg at Poststr. 37a in Timmendorfer Strand. This architecturally sophisticated property is located in a quiet yet central area close to the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The beach is just a few meters away, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its many charming cafés, bars, and restaurants—is a 2–3-minute walk away, as are the stylish boutiques for shopping. Supermarkets are about a 5-minute walk from the complex.

In the 2-roomvacation apartment No. 7 at Domizil Strandburg, you’ll find a cozy vacation apartment on the 1st floor with a furnished balcony. The Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment features a living room with a modern sofa set, a flat-screen TV with access to a media library via Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a CD player, a dining area in the bay window, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, etc.). In addition, you’ll find a filter coffee maker, a milk frother, and a Senseo machine.
The bedroom in this apartment is separate and furnished with a double bed (180x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and an entryway are also available. The furnished balcony of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun, rounds out this beautiful vacation home. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened.
Special Features
During the season from May 1 to September 15, a beach chair on the beach for free use. There is a shed on the premises for your bicycles. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.) Please note that there is no elevator in the complex. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the shared laundry room. There is a private underground parking space for your car (entrance height approx. 1.90 m). Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.
Please note that only adults are permitted to stay in this vacation rental for their Baltic Sea vacation; children are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
