In a quiet location in the southern part of Westerland is a bright 3-room vacation apartment located on the upper floor/top floor of a tastefully decorated house. The apartment is fully equipped and features a sunny south-facing balcony. Bakeries and shopping options are within easy walking distance.
From the apartment, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the meadows, fields, and dunes of Westerland. The location at Lorens-de Hahn-Straße 73 is fantastic, and the apartment itself is modernly furnished. It has two bedrooms on the upper floor/attic, which can accommodate up to four people.
Completely renovated in 2017, the apartment faces southwest and features a south-facing balcony as well as a west-facing loggia. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a drip coffee maker. A washer-dryer combo is also available.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m—with a topper) and a flat-screen TV. In the attic, there is another bedroom with a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m). For entertainment, a sound system, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a radio are available.
The apartment also includes a parking space. You are welcome to bring a well-behaved pet. A one-time pet fee will be charged for this. There is a bus stop right outside the door.
