Location
The beachfront residence is located directly on the beach promenade in Timmendorfer Strand, heading toward the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz. The immediate proximity to the beach is a particular highlight of this apartment building. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 50 meters away. The town center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 700 meters away.

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment No. 202 is located on the first floor and features a living/bedroom with a pull-out couch (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a modern kitchenette. The bedroom in this vacation rental is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm). The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. The furnished balcony facing south/west rounds out this vacation home for up to 4 people in Timmendorfer Strand.
Special Features
This Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental includes an outdoor parking space. During the high season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.

The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
