The apartment is located in the heart of the main square of an ancient Tuscan village and features three double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining area with a table, two bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
You can buy cured meats, cheeses, artisanal pasta, and local products and prepare them in the comfort of your home, perhaps pairing them with a bottle of one of the excellent local wines.
The panoramic terrace is perfect for starting the day with breakfast outdoors or for relaxing in the evening while watching one of the marvelous sunsets over the Tuscan countryside.
On the lower level, you’ll find the private garden and pool, both for guests’ exclusive use. Next to the pool is a pleasant dining area where you can host barbecues and outdoor dinners.
The outdoor area is fully fenced and secure, making it ideal for those traveling with pets.
For cycling enthusiasts, there is a dedicated space to store bikes. You can also rent bikes directly on-site.
The house is strategically located for exploring Tuscany: the major art cities and the coast, with its beautiful beaches, are approximately one hour to an hour and a half away by car.
About 11 km away is also the famous Teatro del Silenzio, where Andrea Bocelli holds his spectacular concerts every July.
