By making a reservation for our house in Sète, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of these house rules.
The safety and well-being of all our guests are paramount, and compliance with these rules is essential to ensure a pleasant stay and preserve the quality of our property.
Safety Guidelines for Children, the Pool, and the Terraces:
The safety of your children is our top priority. However, this property contains features that require extra vigilance on your part:
Terraces: The terraces of this house, although compliant with safety standards for adults, may pose a risk to young children. Constant and active supervision is essential when young children are on the terraces. Never leave children unattended on the terraces.
Pool (with safety cover, no fence): This property has a pool equipped with a safety cover. It is imperative to note that this pool does not have a protective fence. Children’s safety is not ensured once the cover is removed for swimming. CONSTANT and ACTIVE SUPERVISION of children and non-swimmers is MANDATORY at all times around and in the pool, whether the cover is in place or not.
Parental Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of children on the property under all circumstances. We ask that you exercise constant vigilance and never leave children unattended near the pool (whether the safety cover is in place or not) or on the decks.
By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read this warning and accept full responsibility for the safety of any children present during your stay.

Peace and quiet and consideration for neighbors: We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM, to respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors. Parties and festive gatherings are strictly prohibited, both inside and outside the property.
Occupancy: The number of guests must match the number indicated at the time of booking, unless we have provided written consent.
Pets are not allowed either inside or outside the property.
The house is non-smoking. A smoking area is provided outside with ashtrays. Please be aware of fire hazards; we are in an area with significant risks, particularly in the summer.
Maintenance and Proper Use: We ask that you keep the house and its outdoor areas (garden, decks, pool and surrounding area, etc.) clean and in good condition during your stay and to use them for their intended purposes.
Please take care of the equipment provided (indoor and outdoor furniture, barbecue, pool cover, etc.).
Linens: Bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked. We do not provide beach towels—please don’t forget to bring your own...

This villa is equipped with numerous high-quality amenities.
To ensure the preservation of these items and facilities, a security deposit of 1,000 euros via a non-cashed credit card authorization will be required before check-in (deposit via a secure credit card payment link through STRIPE; you must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of the deposit; the funds will not be charged unless the rental is for more than 7 nights).
This step is a requirement for confirming your reservation and gaining access to the villa.
An initial property inspection with a photo report will be conducted and approved when you arrive in person.
Theexit inventory will be conducted on the day of your departure, when you return the keys, by the housekeeping staff.
The security deposit held via credit card will be released within 3 days after your stay, provided there is no damage.
This security deposit may be forfeited in the following cases:
Loss of keys, resulting in costs for replacing locks and lost keys.
An inadequate level of cleanliness upon your departure, requiring professional cleaning in addition to the usual cleaning, both inside and outside.
Damage, theft, or vandalism caused to the property and equipment (inside and outside), including the pool and its equipment, as well as patio and garden furniture.
Improper use of the premises resulting in the need for services to repair the damage caused.
For example: failure tocompliance with the no-smoking policy indoors, forcing us to arrange for odor removal services
