Catastrophique, plein de défaillances, assistance par un intermédiaire (pas le propriétaire !)

L'emplacement est OK, proche de la côte, distance de marche d'un Aquafun, plein d'activités aux alentours (en prenant la voiture en général)

Le chauffage est un poêle à pellets qui n'avait pas été nettoyé des cendres de l'usage précédents et au réservoir vide (pas de pellet en stock... On nous dit qu'il doit y avoir un conteneur en plastique avec des pellets et bien non, et on ne nous a jamais montré où, ni avec photo ni la personne qui est venue... Donc on n'a pas eu de chauffage alors qu'il faisait environ 5 degrés dehors (et maison pas bien isolée, étage humide et qui sent la moisissure aussi). On s'est contenté du radiateur électrique soufflant au dessus de notre lit BRUYANT, impossible de dormir, on se réveille chaque heure quand il se rallume !! Le lendemain on a acheté des pellets nous-même (remboursés heureusement, puis ils sont arrivés avec un sac de pellets trop tard, et un oreiller manquant). Le chauffage a redémarré MAIS régulation hors service !! Point de consigne à 20°C mais il chauffe tout le temps sans ralentir, on montait à presque 27°C avant de devoir le couper, encore mauvaise nuit. Ménage OK mais beaucoup de coins et étagères poussiéreuses. Poele en teflon très abimée !! Pfas et cancérigène, ça devrait être illégal !! Mauvaise adresse pour le GPS, pas d'accès au domaine Dunepark car pas de code pour la barrière et donc pas accès à la place de parking privative derrière la maison, il faut entrer une autre adresse dans le GPS (autour de "Polderstraat 167") pour arriver à la porte arrière indiquée dans les instructions d'accés reçu par messagerie (donc incomplètes !!). Ensuite il faut trouver de la place pour se garer (à notre arrivée aucune place... On a dû se débrouiller pour décharger la voiture et repartir pour revenir plus tard et trouver une place...). Il y a 4 boîtes à clé, 2 dehors pour clés portail et 2 dans le jardin pour clé maison, et il faut deviner qu'il faut ouvrir les 2 boîtes "A" pour avoir les clés car on ne nous a rien dit... Bref, plus jamais on ne reviendra ici...
