Bijou little room. Loved the fabric covered, sound-proofed walls. Could not hear neighbouring guests, which is a must for me. Slept really well cocooned in the room after a busy day of walking and sight-seeing.
We liked that you could open a window to let fresh air in and that there was AC when needed.
Location fantastic! Right next door to the Teatro del Opera! Within walking distance to almost everything. Metro also close when needed.
Lots of local eateries to choose from, reasonably priced. A local supermarket about 10 steps away.
Staff at the desk were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little bit on the small side, but that was ok for us.
Paper/plastic cups and stick stirrers. This does not count as ticking the sustainability box. All that plastic is actually more harmful to the environment. Would have much preferred real cups. However, I was immediately provided these, when I asked for them.
Free bottles of water were provided on the first day only - would have preferred daily replenishments. Tourists must always carry small bottles of water to rehydrate.
Grumpy staff member at breakfast, complaining at guests for being late to breakfast, when they arrived at 20 minutes to 10! Bad form. Breakfast between 6:30 and 10 does not mean you have to be finished by 10, in my book.

I liked how close to Roma Termini we were since we were using trains and rental cars to travel in Italy. The staff was always excellent and I commend them for their excellent attention.
The bed was too stiff and the room and bathroom were very tight. Also the long flight of stairs (although to be fair the staff helped us both with our luggage, so I cannot count that as really a negative.

A perfect little hotel, very near the Termini metro hub so you can any place as needed, easily. The room was just enough and the staff nice
This is Italy so you will need to climb stairs to the lobby which is on what Americans will call the 2nd floor. After that there is an elevator to the upper floors
This was a great choice for our travel night between arriving after a long flight and getting the train the next day. But we could see it being a good place to base a longer visit in Rome.
And the price was very good!

The location was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. Handy having small supermarket next door. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Avoid Operart. Over priced and pushy staff member.
There were a few issues with the plug sockets. When you unplugged kettle the whole socket came away from the wall. Casing around light switch came away from wall beside the bed. We did advise on check out. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for somebody else
Our room was very small only just able to walk around the bed on one side. I would suggest requesting a bigger room to future travellers not room 201 Was not aware of flight of stairs leading up to reception.
