I couldn't have asked for better hosts! They were so welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They truly made the trip special. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
We had an incredible stay! The property was spotless and in a prime location

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The location is great, right between the train station and the beach, so we could walk everywhere. Nearby, there are many restaurants and a great pizza place - Popolo, and a Carrefour for anything we needed. The Alsace-Lorraine tram stop is just a few minutes away, which takes you straight to the airport.
The room is really nicely decorated and has a cozy feel. You have your own shower inside the room and a separate private toilet, so even though it's part of the owner's apartment, we had total privacy. We also appreciated the little extras: a coffee machine with capsules, beach towels, and even sunscreen, which was a nice touch.
The owner was super friendly and helpful. After check-in, they sent us a bunch of great restaurant recommendations and tips for getting around. On the last day, they let us leave our bags after checkout since our flight was in the evening, and even offered us another bathroom to freshen up and take a shower before heading to the airport!
Honestly, we'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Nice. Highly recommend!
