The location was amazing.
A short 10-minute walk to Manly Beach, with a cafe right outside and a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop close by.
There were roadworks happening over 2 nights during my stay, which were very loud and did wake me up through the night. The host did advise, but it was only 48 hours' notice.
There was some other banging quite early in the morning as well, which I presume was from other residences at the property.

Location was exceptional and right next to all the cafe's and eateries on Manly beach.
Had to pay for parking which was not clearly spelled out when I was looking for accomodation and the parking spot was very tight. Had to jump the kerb to get into the spot. Lucky I drive a SUV.

The location was perfect! The accommodation floor was on an angle, the kitchen floor all warped. The neighbour had a shower at 1am and it made a loud sound right through our room the whole time. Very noisy building.
The flooring, building quality was poor.
