Appartamento sporco, non igienico e staff non collaborativo

Esperienza pessima, pulizia inesistente e gestione del problema inaccettabile Il nostro soggiorno presso Casa La Quercia è stato estremamente deludente, soprattutto per la totale mancanza di pulizia e per il modo in cui è stata gestita la situazione. Al nostro arrivo, l’appartamento era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: non era possibile utilizzare gli ambienti serenamente e non avevamo nemmeno condizioni adeguate per fare una doccia. Siamo arrivati tardi e ci siamo ritrovati costretti a dormire sugli asciugamani, anziché poter usufruire di un alloggio pulito e pronto ad accoglierci, come sarebbe stato nostro diritto aspettarci. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema e sono intervenuti per effettuare le pulizie. Peccato che, nonostante questo intervento, l’appartamento fosse ancora sporco: abbiamo trovato peli nelle lenzuola e nel freezer, il pavimento non era adeguatamente pulito e le condizioni generali continuavano a essere tutt’altro che accettabili. Alla fine, esasperati dalla situazione, abbiamo dovuto acquistare prodotti per la pulizia e provvedere personalmente a pulire l’alloggio. Trovo assurdo dover pagare per un soggiorno e ritrovarsi a dover fare le pulizie al posto di chi dovrebbe garantire un servizio minimo. Non stiamo parlando di pretese eccessive, ma di igiene, pulizia e rispetto nei confronti degli ospiti. Come se non bastasse, il rimborso proposto è stato di soli 70 € complessivi, di cui 60 € per le pulizie e appena 10 € per il disagio subito. Una compensazione del tutto inadeguata rispetto alla gravità della situazione, al tempo perso e alle spese sostenute. Per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto aprire una segnalazione con Booking.com, chiedendo che la vicenda venga valutata e che venga riconosciuto un rimborso più adeguato. La cosa più deludente non è soltanto aver trovato un appartamento sporco, ma aver dovuto insistere per ottenere una risposta proporzionata a un problema che non avremmo mai dovuto affrontare.

Ubytovanie má potenciál ALE ! ten je absolútne nevyužitý.

Lokalita bola pre nás fajn. Pre niekoho možno trochu hlučné miesto. Vzhľadom na polohu sme s tým rátali. Oceňujem súkromné parkovanie. To je asi tak všetko.

Ubytovanie bolo špinavé, zanedbané, chýbal riad alebo bol rozbitý. Dva poháre zo 4 ok, dva rozbité, len jeden pohár na víno atď.. Z 1 z 2 barových stoličiek odtrhnutá podnožka. Žiadne jednorázové toaletné potreby, len neupratané zvyšky po predošlých hosťoch.Záhrada a celý vonkajší priestor špinavý a bez údržby, gril nepoužiteľný, bez náradia a mnoho ďalšieho. Zo strany poskytovateľa ubytovania nebola žiadna odozva, žiaľ.
