About this house rental
Awesome home in Slottsbron with WiFi
Treat yourself to a relaxing break from everyday life in this characterful holiday home.
This beautiful house impresses with its wonderful atmosphere, light-flooded rooms and ornate wood carvings from the turn of the century. In the spacious rooms you can relax and listen to a podcast, sink into the comfortable sofas or enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book. Spend sociable evenings cooking together, play cards and board games at the large table and end the day in a stylish ambience.
Start the day with a cosy breakfast on the covered terrace and enjoy the fresh air and the view of the greenery. The children can play and run around in the garden and savour their free time in nature without a care in the world. Gather the family together in the evening for an atmospheric meal outdoors and enjoy relaxing hours with a glass of wine.
Swim in the nearby Lake Vänern in fine weather and spend relaxing hours by the water. Cast a line in one of the fish-rich waters in the area and experience the soothing tranquillity. Hike along the Kycklingleden hiking trail, which takes you through an idyllic forest to a hill with a marvellous view over Lake Vänern. Explore Karlstad, the Värmlands udde peninsula or the Lurö archipelago on day trips and sample regional specialities in Borgvik.
