Value for money was great and location was good for what we needed for whale tours at the wharf. The facilities of the room were perfect for what was needed.
Would have preferred if the bathroom and sink was cleaned when the towels were replaced, as they got pretty grubby after all our beach and ocean trips.
I would have also liked more info at check in about the things to see and do on the island and recommend restaurants etc. Otherwise we had a great time and it was perfect for what we needed

Very good staff. Friendly and efficient and helpful. We were there for the Sunday lunch (included) and it was just great. Local food. Thank you. I will be back.

Staff were very helpful when my bag fro Nadi, Fiji didn't arrive. I was able to buy a T-shirt and wash it in their complimentary washer/dryer, which I REALLY appreciated. Staff were uniformly helpful. A really great stay here, I just wish they had a restaurant!
No restaurant, but apparently they're working on that.

THE GUY ON CHECK IN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM.
THE LADY ON CHECK IN WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WAS ALL ABOUT HER MAKING MONEY. THE SHOWER AREA WAS DIRTY AND THE SHOWER HOSE HAD SOAP SCUM ALL OVER IT. THE SHOWER WATER VOLUME AND PRESSURE WAS PATHETIC AND DRIBBLED OUT. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN AND PEOPLE WERE SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT LONG AND SINGING AND HAVING A PARTY IN THE HALLWAY AT THE TABLES AND CHAIRS THAT ARE SET OUT. THERE WEB SITE SAYS THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT, WHICH THEY DONT. THEY GET A SMALL BEATEN-UP OLD TAXI TO TAKE YOU AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU TWICE AS MUCH AS THEY STATE ON THEIR WEB SITE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE OTHER ACCOMODATION WE STAYED AT IN TONGA WAS A MILLION PERCENT BETTER. ONLY REASON WE STAYED HERE WAS BECAUSE WE COULDNT STAY AT OUR OTHER ACCOMODATION FOR ONE NIGHT AS ALREADY BOOKED.
