Il letto è comodissimo, la struttura nuova, la cucina ben attrezzata. C' è parcheggio, le indicazioni fornite sono chiare ed è circa 10 min a piedi dalla stazione
Lo staff mi ha mandato un messaggio e nell' appartamento è presente l' indicazione di un supplemento di 50€ qualora trovassero le stoviglie sporche o spazzatura non nei luoghi adibiti, ma questa informazione non è disponibile su booking. Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti sulla presenza di un unico bidone per spazzatura non ho ricevuto risposta, e in generale ho trovato difficile la comunicazione con lo staff. Una piccolezza ulteriore: nell' appartamento ci sono solo appendini nell' armadio ma nulla per appendere asciugamani in bagno, giacche all' ingresso, una panchetta o sedia per appoggiare le valigie...è trascurabile ma sarebbe comodo.

Nice location, perfect view, everything tidy and clean
Toilet window could have a better curtain for privacy, bedroom could have a television, we missed a duvet for cold nights.

Excellent value for money for a five-night stay in Tirano. A good budget-friendly base for exploring the surrounding area and travelling on the Bernina railway.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with the door not working properly and the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. Regardless of how affordable the accommodation is, guests should be able to expect a functioning door and a reasonable response when something goes wrong.
