Close to the Marounochi metro station (take the lift between exits 3 and 4 if you have luggage), on the street level there is a Family Mart near beside the lift exit. It's just two stops from Nagoya station on the Sakura-dori line (which has lifts from platform to exit level).
There is a 7-Eleven one block away from the property and a Lawson about three blocks away. There is a supermarket (V Drug) that sells basic grocery items, frozen food and cosmetics about four blocks away. Property is located in a quiet area of Nagoya.
There is enough cutlery and Ikea plastic plates and bowls, and glasses. The property provides washing up liquid and sponge.
The property is very clean; the pictures on the site were a truthful representation. There is a balcony where you can hang laundry. The washing machine is a regular one (wash, rinse, spin); the property provides detergent and fabric softener. There were five of us and we used the two sofa beds (apart from the three single beds -- two beds were placed adjacent to each other, which means three people can actually sleep on it). The sofa beds were not too comfortable in the middle.
The toilet and the shower were separate, which is always a plus if you have more than one person staying. The shower and bathtub had a door with a lock, separated from the washing machine and a sink. The toilet is the Japanese type with a bidet and seat heater, and the flush has a spout where the water flows to a sink-like contraption where you can wash your hands as the water goes into the toilet cistern. The property provides shampoo, conditioner. body wash and hand soap.
The host is very prompt in replying to our messages. The check-in instructions were very clear.
To get to Sakae and Fushimi (for shopping etc), you need to take two metro trains, which is too tedious, or walk 20-25 minutes or take an Uber (approx fare Y1,100). Not many restaurants to choose from in the area, but there is one (EJ Kitchen) outside the building -- we did not try it though.

地理位置很棒，位於丸之內站與櫻通線交界，走路不用五分鐘就可抵達車站電梯口，適合有帶推車的家庭，走路也可以到達熱鬧的榮商圈，時間要是較晚記得繞過広小路通周圍，紅燈區比較多，
空間很大非常舒適，出門玩累了還可以回來洗澡休息下，晚上再出門吃飯。要是坐紅眼班機來的，附近還有7-11可以寄放行李，等回程再取很方便，周邊也有一些咖啡廳、星巴克、居酒屋
看之前評語很多人抱怨冷氣不涼，我們就順便把濾網上厚厚的一層灰塵洗掉了，出風量變超大，晚上睡覺吹到會冷，床墊偏軟，棉被面料有點粗，電視偏小，希望有機會改進，下次再來名古屋還會再考慮這間。

A good location, very close to Marunouchi station, and Nagoya station. This place is not a hotel, to be clear - it's effectively just an apartment rental. Quite basic furnishing, spacious, but reasonably clean and straightforward.
The beds are not especially good, and there is not really any storage - if you're staying for more than a few days, it can get a bit annoying.
