So incredibly beautiful and serene inside and out. The pool, the views and rooms exceeded everything we imagined.

We honestly cannot recommend Les Mandarines Ubud enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made our stay so special was the incredible staff. Every single staff member was so genuinely kind, welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we had everything we needed, no matter the time of day. A special mention to the manager, Ode, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, attentiveness and genuine care meant so much to us. We have travelled to many beautiful places, but I can honestly say we have never experienced hospitality quite like this. The staff are what make this place so special, and we cannot thank them enough for how well they looked after us. The accommodation itself is stunning, with beautiful views, peaceful surroundings and amazing food. It really is such a special place to stay in Ubud. A massive thank you to Ode and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. You are all incredible, and we appreciate everything you did for us. After this experience, I genuinely couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Ubud. This will be the only place we return to whenever we visit Bali!

Everything about this accommodation was wonderful. We had booked for 4 nights, but just didn't wish to leave, so extended for 2 more. The ride to the main road on the back of a scooter was exhilarating, this is a service offered and arranged with a call or WhatsApp message. Very quick responses. Ode and his staff were a delight to be around, gracious, polite and very funny. Sebastian the owner was welcoming and interacted with the guests. There is some building work in progress by another company. This did not in any way detract from our enjoyment. Some guests will just moan about anything, instead of enjoying the property for what it is...a piece of paradise. Should I return to this area of Ubud, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Ode, you will go far in your career. We wish you and your staff the very best. You have all touched our hearts.

Beautiful clean well maintained accommodation, attention to detail. Staff very willing to help.

At first we thought the fact you could get a taxi right to accommodation was a downside but they meet you 24/7 on scooters to pick you up or drop you at Main Street so not a real problem. It’s a beautiful walk otherwise through rice fields with plenty of cafes art & massages along the way. Would definitely stay again.
