I felt thoroughly supported by the staff at Santa Clara Luxury Living and enjoyed the thoughtful modern interior design and facilities. Exceptional, professional and friendly service. At the Red Bicycle I enjoyed a Cretean breakfast every morning with attentive and kind staff who provided fresh and nourishing food.
I have no dislikes about this property. Despite being in the centre of old town it was quiet, clean and comfortable and walking distance to everything.

Location was great. Amenities and materials used in the room are all high quality.
Entrance of the hotel is very narrow and you need to climb steep steps to go to Reception and your room.
