Lovely spacious room, we were upgraded with our room and to all inclusive a lovely surprise
No balcony but seeing as we were upgraded no complaints

Solo necesitas llamar y reservar.

Lovely hotel, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom was big- especially the shower! The pool is very big with plenty of sunbeds. The staff are great, very friendly and didn’t hesitate to respond to any need or request. Special shoutout to Sebastian and Lara!
We only had food from 2 of the restaurants so can’t give a detailed experience but I’d say 6/10. It was ok but could be better. The drainage could do with some work; the toilet didn’t flush very well and the shower pooled with water which then smelt a bit of sewage.
