NON CONSIGLIO QUESTA STRUTUTA!

Esperienza molto negativa e deludente.
Siamo arrivati circa due ore prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in e abbiamo semplicemente aspettato. Alle 16:00, orario ufficiale del check-in, l’appartamento non era ancora pronto. Ho contattato la host e solo in quel momento sono stata informata che dovevamo aspettare ancora l’arrivo dell’impresa di pulizie.
Quando ho fatto presente che avremmo dovuto essere informati prima di un simile ritardo, la host è stata estremamente scortese e aggressiva al telefono, alzando la voce e trattandomi in modo irrispettoso. Mi ha persino detto che avrebbe potuto consegnarmi l’appartamento ancora sporco. A quel punto ho contattato l’assistenza Booking per chiedere una soluzione.
Booking mi aveva assicurato che avrebbe cercato un’altra sistemazione e che mi avrebbe ricontattata entro 40 minuti. Dopo circa 50 minuti mi è stato semplicemente comunicato che l’appartamento era finalmente pronto.
A quel punto, però, dopo il comportamento della host, non mi sentivo più a mio agio nell’entrare nell’alloggio. Ho quindi richiesto il rimborso totale e un’alternativa, ma Booking non è riuscito a fornirmi un’altra sistemazione. Il rimborso è stato concesso solamente con l’approvazione della host, che ha accettato di restituire solo il 50% dell’importo pagato.
Il risultato è stato un notevole danno economico: ho perso metà del valore della prenotazione e ho dovuto cercare un altro appartamento all’ultimo momento, pagando un prezzo più elevato.
Una situazione che poteva essere gestita semplicemente con professionalità e rispetto si è trasformata in un’esperienza molto spiacevole. Il problema non è stato solo il ritardo nel check-in, ma soprattutto il modo in cui sono stata trattata e la totale mancanza di assistenza concreta nel momento in cui ne avevo bisogno.
Non consiglio questa struttura e spero che la mia esperienza possa essere utile ad altri ospiti.
