When booking we selected to arrive at 7pm. I got a message confirming no problem. Then 2 days before the owner informed me that we must arrive earlier between set times. So we had to change all our travel plans to set off earlier plus not visit sites on our journey there as we had previously planned. Then on arrival it was just a key safe so could have arrived any time!!! Really annoying as it was a big job to change our travel plans at short notice. Rooms were smaller than expected from photos. There was no jacuzzi as shown in main photo - which was one of main reasons for booking this place! I had a LOT of spam saying pay me now else holiday cancelled, and then booking.com say ignore whatsapp messages - but then the instructions how to get the key to enter were by what's app, and I had to send owners photos of passport by whatsapp, and pay city tqx by a link sent in whatsapp. So I was incredibly stressed doing all of this, trying to figure which were spam and which weren't. The front door to building jammed a lot and was tricky to open. The floor was sticky and appeared to have blood drips. The place was not very clean on arrival (it is apartment so we were fine/expected no cleaning during our stay) There is only 1 tiny bin provided, as it is not serviced /cleaned room, so it meant wr had to buy bags so we could take rubbish out each day. No imstructions for air con so as hard as we tried we ended up sleeping in all our jumpers to try keep warm at night.

Location was PRIME for the price. the bathroom was super clean but the water spilled out of the edge due to lack of lip to contain the water. the windows were the classic european type and opened to a beautiful view and one of my favorite parts of the room!! the location was next to so many yummy restaurants and right next to a bus stop to take you up and down the Amalfi coast.

The "queen bed" was actually 2 twin beds stacked next together which caused me to fall through the cracks as the beds separated in the middle of the night. To get into the room, you had to pass through a pitch black rotunda area after opening the door from the street. If I were just a girl travelling w/o my husband, this would have been creepy, even though there was a light that we didn't notice until the end of the trip.

assez haut perché quand on ne connaît pas les raccourcis, privilégier la route pour y accéder plutôt que les escaliers pour gagner du temps car très fatigant avec valise, à noter que la clé est dans une boîte sur le côté du bâtiment. personne pour nous accueillir, mieux vaut avoir du wifi pour avoir les infos car loin du centre ville sinon.

The views from the balconies were spectacular. Location was very good. There was a parking garage two doors down however more expensive than the price of gold

There are so many things we didn’t like about the property. Starting with early on after booking we had no response from the property owners for weeks. Had to get booking.com to try and get a response for even the simplest of questions. Once we were arriving response was good with directions and instructions to enter the building. We had two rooms, one of the rooms you had to enter the bathroom from the shared corridor. So no private bathroom (although the other unit was instructed not to use our bathroom). The air conditioning was useless didn’t get below 25 degrees in the rooms. The hot tub was dirty so didn’t use. We were given dirty old kitchen sponges to wash dishes and a centimeter of washing liquid. There was dishwasher with no tablets. The shower curtain in the separate bathroom was moldy and horrible. The rooms were barely cleaned. Saw the guy cleaning the room adjacent to ours and all he did was change the sheets and towels took 10mins to do. Our rooms were same floors were grimy, shower bases were not cleaned from the previous occupants. For what we paid $1700 aud for two nights we basically paid for the view. Our power went out took owners 1/2 hour to respond. Pretty disappointed but live and learn to read reviews before booking with no refunds Rooms all had locks with keys but again we were sharing a foyer with another room so they could access our bathroom so couldn’t leave anything in there
