Teleurstellend door eigenaren
Heel licht, modern en dubbele parking in garage
Bij aankomst waren we positief verrast. De accommodatie is licht en ziet er mooi uit. Wel is het goed om te weten dat er twee erg steile trappen zonder leuning zijn. Vooral voor ouderen of wanneer je ’s nachts naar het toilet moet (de toiletten bevinden zich beneden) kan dit onveilig en onpraktisch zijn.
Daarnaast roken de handdoeken niet fris en ontbrak een duidelijke uitleg over waar bepaalde spullen te vinden waren. Zo wisten de verhuurders dat wij de slaapbank zouden gebruiken, maar was er geen informatie over waar het beddengoed of de benodigdheden hiervoor lagen.
De grootste teleurstelling kwam echter pas na ons verblijf. Er werd €250 van onze borg ingehouden wegens vermeende geluidsoverlast. Tijdens ons verblijf zijn we hier op geen enkel moment op aangesproken en hebben we geen melding of waarschuwing ontvangen. We waren met een groep volwassenen en zeker niet aanwezig voor een feestweekend. We hebben normaal met elkaar gepraat en geen overlast veroorzaakt.
Nadat we zagen dat er een bedrag van onze borg was ingehouden, duurde het meerdere dagen voordat we überhaupt te horen kregen waarom. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we slechts een screenshot van een db meter als onderbouwing, die aangaf dat er 8 minuten hard geluid is geweest. Toen we vervolgens vroegen om bewijs dat de vermeende geluidsoverlast daadwerkelijk door onze groep was veroorzaakt, hebben we nooit meer een reactie ontvangen. Juist deze gebrekkige communicatie en het zonder deugdelijke onderbouwing inhouden van een aanzienlijk bedrag vinden wij erg teleurstellend en onprofessioneel. Wij weten vrij zeker dat wij geen geluidsoverlast hebben veroorzaakt. En om hiervoor 1/4 van de huur extra te rekenen is ridicuul.
De accommodatie zelf is mooi, maar wees je ervan bewust dat er achteraf onverwachte kosten kunnen worden gerekend zonder duidelijke toelichting. Dat heeft onze ervaring helaas overschaduwd.
