Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of the apartment was excellent, and the interior was exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. It was modern and had plenty of power outlets.

We were a group of four, and the apartment was a little small, especially for getting ready and opening our suitcases. There are music venues right below the apartment, but they usually closed around 10–11 p.m., and the bedroom was away from the noise, so the music itself wasn’t really a problem. The main source of noise that might be disturbing is actually the garbage collection trucks, especially early in the morning. The bathroom only had a bathtub, and the surface could be a little slippery when showering, so a non-slip mat or similar solution might be helpful. One small tip: don’t forget to take a photo of your key when checking in and checking out.

This stay fell far short of acceptable standards, especially considering the price paid.

The address provided on Booking.com did not include the building number, showing only the street name and coordinates. Upon arrival, we could not locate the apartment. The host was completely unreachable by phone. We were forced to contact Booking.com support multiple times before the host finally called us back. Even then, due to a severe language barrier, verbal communication was almost impossible, and the building number and key code had to be sent via text after much delay. Safety Hazard in the Bathroom: The bathroom did not have a proper shower setup, but rather a fiberglass bathtub. This tub was extremely slippery and dangerous, lacking any wall handles or grab bars for support. This is a major safety hazard. Inaccurate Bed Description & Noise: The double bed was only 140cm x 190cm, which is far too small to comfortably accommodate two large-built adults. As a result, one of us was forced to sleep on the living room sofa. The sofa faced a very busy street with a pub and two restaurants directly underneath, making it impossibly noisy to sleep. No Elevator / Accessibility Issues: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with absolutely no elevator access. We were forced to carry heavy luggage up 43 steep stairs without any prior warning about the lack of an elevator in the property description. Maintenance Issues (Lighting & Fans): The apartment's light bulbs were burning out one after the other during our stay. Additionally, out of the two fans provided, only one was functional. While the host did eventually come to replace the bulbs and bring a working fan after we messaged them, these are issues that should have been checked and resolved before our check-in. I expect a formal response regarding these matters and a reasonable solution/compensation for the severe distress and inconvenience caused.
