An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a truly superb experience during my recent visit to Luc Yen! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was spotless, cozy, and very well maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What really made this hotel special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable.
A very special mention goes to the two amazing ladies at the reception! Their friendliness, warmth, and genuine hospitality were simply unbelievable. They were always smiling, incredibly attentive, and ready to help with anything. Their outstanding service truly made me feel at home.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Luc Yen!
A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Highly recommended! ❤️

Super clean, very comfortable room with great bed and aircon. Nice undercover balcony to sit outside your room. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. 5 minute walk to the gemstone markets if that’s what you’re in town for. Highly recommend the stay and we will be back.
