It was generally good, clean, nice location and the common area was large, but no wifi

The WIFI did not work during the whole stay, and the master bath flooded during a shower unless you used the water at a trickle.

“Departamento correcto, pero promesas incumplidas y falta de transparencia”

El departamento estaba en buenas condiciones generales y, en líneas generales, nuestra estancia fue correcta. Sin embargo, había algunos detalles de limpieza que deberían haberse cuidado mejor, como la tabla de cortar de la cocina, que estaba llena de moho y resulta totalmente inaceptable desde el punto de vista de la higiene. El principal problema fue la falta de cumplimiento por parte de la empresa gestora del alojamiento. Durante la reserva se me prometió un descuento del 30 % debido a que los aires acondicionados no funcionaban, teniendo en cuenta que en Málaga en agosto hace muchísimo calor. Sin embargo, ese descuento nunca se hizo efectivo. Llamé en varias ocasiones para reclamarlo y, cada vez, me aseguraban que me lo realizarían durante la semana, pero la respuesta siempre se iba posponiendo sin que finalmente cumplieran con lo acordado. Me parece una falta de seriedad y transparencia que una empresa prometa una compensación para resolver un problema y después no la aplique, a pesar de las reiteradas reclamaciones del cliente. Lo más decepcionante no es solamente el incumplimiento, sino también la pérdida de tiempo y la sensación de que intentan aplazar el asunto hasta que uno deje de reclamar. Me parece deplorable, no me gusta dejas malos comentarios ni ser pesada en cosas mínimas que pueda tener el departamento, pero me tomaron el pelo las 5 veces que hable con los empleados de la inmobiliaria. En definitiva, el departamento estaba bien en general, pero los problemas de limpieza y, sobre todo, la falta de cumplimiento de la compensación prometida empañaron nuestra experiencia. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes que tengan especial cuidado con las promesas de descuentos o reembolsos y que soliciten cualquier compromiso por escrito. La confianza y la seriedad en la atención al cliente son tan importantes como las condiciones del alojamiento, y en este caso la empresa no estuvo a la altura.

Très joli appartement 2 chambres, bien situé

Très joli appartement bien situé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. À 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, juste à côté d'un grand supermarché et à 15/20 minutes à pieds du port et centre ville.

Il pourrait y avoir un petit stock d'éléments (huile/condiments/produits de nettoyage) du quotidien et éviter que chaque client ait besoin d acheter en grande quantité pour 1 semaine.

Très joli appartement bien situé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. À 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, juste à côté d'un grand supermarché et à 15/20 minutes à pieds du port et centre ville.

Il pourrait y avoir un petit stock d'éléments (huile/condiments/produits de nettoyage) du quotidien et éviter que chaque client ait besoin d acheter en grande quantité pour 1 semaine.

Het appartement ligt op een toplocatie, met grote supermarkt en strand om de hoek. Oude centrum is 10 minuutjes lopen. Er waren twee losse badkamers
