الشقة في الدور السابع في افضل موقع في باريس وقريبة من كل شي ، الوصول اليها سهل من خلال المصعد ، والامان فيها عالي ، الشقة نظيفة وواسعة واثاثها جميل وفيها بلكونه صغيرة تحتوي على غرفتين نوم وصالة كبيرة ومطبخ واسع وغرفة ملابس جيدة ودورتين مياه واماكن جيدة للتخزين
ستكون خياري الاول في باريس
صاحب الشقة متعاون جدا ولطيف ويرد بسرعة لاي تواصل
كل شي جميل عدا المصعد صغير ولم يسبب لنا مشكلة 👍🏼

Excellent location, excellent flat, a truly wonderful place to stay, friendly and supportive staff, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
Not many reviews made me worry the place was too good to be true but was excellent.

The location of this penthouse apartment is unbeatable. Avenue Montaigne is the best street in Paris and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the penthouse balcony was spectacular. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and seating area. There was even an office nook where you could sit with a computer and a walk in robe where you can store your clothes without tripping over them. The washing machine and clothes drying rack was a fantastic bonus to wash clothes and towels. One thing to remember is that this is an old building in Paris and the lift is slow and only fits two people at a time. This means if you have a lot of luggage you can only go up one at a time with two bags at a time. With all of the designer shopping at your doorstep and steps to the Champs Elysée, everything felt like it was within a reasonable walking distance.
Now the disappointing part. Here is the list of issues we found while staying here:
1. Ants in the kitchen and no bug spray supplied, so I had to kill them with all purpose cleaner.
2. Dirty tissues left in the dining room.
3. Dirty bath and kitchen towels left on top of the washing machine which really smelt because they had been sitting wet for a while!
4. I had to wash the kitchen tea towels as there was no clean ones available.
5. Water stains on the roof leading out of one of the bathrooms.
6. Water stains in the parquetry floor leading out from one of the bathrooms into the hallway.
7. Not enough bath towels for a 5 night stay. We were only given 3 towels - so I was repeatedly washing.
8. Fridge door did not close properly, had to bang it shut - this in turn popped the grill open.
9. Cigarette butts and bottle caps left on balcony floor.
10. The building is under construction and I believe we were the only tenants in there at the time. This meant jack hammering at 7:30am on a Saturday and Sunday morning and I had to repeatedly contact the owner to complain to ask them to stop.
11. The kickboard in the kitchen was detached and there was a significant amount of cob webs inside it, which made the kitchen feel dirty.
12. Weird positioning of shower head in bath tub meant you had to put the shower head down to wash.
13. Dust, everywhere. Although the owner did offer cleaners to come and attend the property to do another clean, by that point I had already wiped down every surface and did the best I could to make it livable. I also had stuff everywhere and didn't particularly cleaners coming in and moving my belongings to do a clean.
If this place was clean and tidy and fixed the issues identified above, I would give it a 10/10 and come back every year.
