Very very disappointing stay

The property was not the reason for my low score. Everything was fine except the wifi and the ability to get the TV working. The problem was mainly with the wifi. The wifi went down shortly after our arrival. There was no one in the bldg. that attempted to at least look at it. They only referred us to call the owner, several attempts were made to contact the owner or manager of the property. This was a major issue because even after leaving a message, there was never a return call. Wifi would not be such a big deal but we have an online business which requires fast response to customers. That ment going elsewhere to get internet connection. The 2nd issue is once paying the full amount and the deposit which was one thousand and the balance not paid back because the person we were dealing with had ZERO change. We finely agreed to add the change due to the deposit when refunded. 3rd issue, I requested a receipt for the total amount of money I had just handed her. She said I would get a receipt when I checked out. I told here that was not acceptable as I had paid cash and once we walked away from each other, I had Zero evidence I had just handed her 5k plus. She could just deny I gave her anythingSo I insisted I wanted a receipt. I told her call the owner. Shortly after that we were leaving the building to find wifi. So she said she would put it in the mailbox where the router had been placed for us to pick up. When we returned, she had NOT written a receipt, instead she just wrote another copy of the bill. I went to question her but she was no longer available. I did not get a receipt even upon departure. 4th issue. Since this is a short term unit, I was shocked and disappointed that there were no nothing in the ktchen that would be proved. No spoons, forks, knives. There were no hand towels or kitchen towel. No bath soap, shampoo or anything else except a towel to dry your body.

No breakfast and stove broken. Few cooking utensils. No top sheet. No kitchen towel. Sliding glass door had a broken lock. Needs deeper cleaning. No bathroom soap. Had to ask for wifi router. Creepy hallway.
