All good again, great option for me to stay at. Thank you for the iron :-)

Very easy check-in, super clean small flat, quiet place, fast internet, free coffee, comfortable bed, close to the city center.
An iron would be nice - the owner promissed to buy one for a next stay.

Pefektně připravený byteček u centra Brna. Vše příjemné, zánovní a čisté. Blízko služeb a veřejné dopravy.
Umístění... moc blízko Cejlu, což je čtvrť plná nižší třídy obyvatelstva. Člověk se v některých částech této ulice necítí bezpečně a v noci zde docházelo neustále k hádkám či agresivním průjezdům upravených vozů

The accommodation was very nice. It is a small apartment located in a lovely, brand-new residence. The interior is very modern, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. Communication with the host was great.
The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is not very safe, and the streets were quite noisy at night. However, the windows are well-insulated, so if they are closed, you cannot hear the noise from outside. Additionally, the bed was very squeaky.
