Disappointing reviews

Although we had paid for the accommodation, after reading the views we decided not to go, but booked something else on the day.

No communication from the owner even though I asked the same question twice a couple of weeks before going. Once I sent the message to the property to say that we wouldn't be going - surprise surpise he rang me and asked why not so I told him to read his reviews - so let hope he has! The patio also looks dirty and could do with a jet spray which would give the property a better appeal and more confidence about the property overall
