I definetly would like to stay here again, if there will be possibility.

Clean, comfortable, good location and have additional options for activities inside. Professional staff, who cares about their tenants.

Maybe it was a little too expensive for 3 nights, but definitely worth it.

Not satisfied at all

Good location. Relatively good facilities except the bed.

It’s very complicated to get the keys. For none English speakers and not familiar with how it works, it’s a nightmare to get the keys which are stored in another building. It wd be helpful to either place the keys in the same building or have staff there to pass the keys and collect them after the stay. The bed is also very small. It’s for one short person, not for two or taller (above 1.8 m) people. Also received way too many emails for anything. Please reduce the number of emails and streamline things as much as possible!

Near everything - Cosy

The location was great, near all the city’s attractions. We loved it :)

If I go to Edinburgh again, I will definitely stay here.

The location and amenities were excellent. The staff was very helpful. It was a very good place to stay for my 2-day trip to Edinburgh. I wish I had more days to spend there.

The plug places were very inconvenient in my room. There wasn't any near the bed, so I had to charge my phone on the kitchen counter. It is a minor inconvenience but still annoying.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
