Arrive, relax, and enjoy—your vacation home in the Allgäu, right on the Ostrach River.
This friendly, bright, modern, and high-quality furnished vacation apartment, featuring a 35-square-meter south/southwest-facing terrace, is located in an absolutely quiet area of Sonthofen on the Ostrach River. With its 72 square meters, it’s well laid out and offers plenty of space for 2–4 people across 3 rooms. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth during the cold season.
The centerpiece is the very bright living room with a large panoramic window, an integrated kitchen area, a dining nook, and a cozy sofa area overlooking the garden and the mountains. From there, you step directly onto the large terrace, furnished with garden furniture and offering a panoramic view of the Allgäu mountains. Here you can enjoy the sun and relax over a leisurely breakfast, or round off a wonderful day in the Allgäu mountains with a glass of wine in the evening sun.
In the fully equipped kitchen area, you’ll find everything an amateur chef needs: a coffee maker and capsule machine (Tchibo), a kettle, a toaster, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. In both bedrooms, you’ll sleep comfortably on box-spring beds. The master bedroom features a double bed, and the children’s room has two single beds. There’s plenty of space here even for 4 adults. The beautiful, bright bathroom is well-equipped with an elegant, walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, large mirror, and ample counter space for your toiletries. Across from the bathroom is a separate toilet and an additional sink.
An underground parking space and a reserved parking spot in front of the house are available for your vehicle.
Please note that the applicable local tourist tax is due on site in addition to the listed booking price, unless it is already included in your invoice. Bed linens and one set of towels are included in the rental price. An additional set of towels can be booked for a fee if desired.
