The Sonnwies Chalet
The chalet was completely renovated in 2025/26 and is situated in a sought-after, sunny location on the way to Aschau.
The chalet is a detached house on a hillside and spans two floors. Each level features a high-end apartment, both with separate exterior entrances. Generous windows let in plenty of natural light and offer sweeping views of the Kitzbühel Alps. Both apartments also feature a south-facing terrace.

These exclusive apartments combine traditional Alpine charm with modern, high-quality amenities, including Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and a Full HD TV.
Top 1 offers 125 m² of living space, distributed across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a corner bench, a living room with a tiled stove, and a separate guest restroom, accommodating up to six people.
Top 2, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living-dining area with an open kitchen, covers 70 m² and is designed to accommodate four people. A 1.4-meter-wide sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for two additional guests.
Amenities include a ski storage room with a ski boot warmer, two parking spaces per apartment (one in the carport), and an electric vehicle charging station. Guests will also find bathrobes and basic amenities to get their vacation off to a good start.
Location
The Sonnwies Chalet is located on the outskirts of Kirchberg on the way to the Spertental valley. The town center is just a few minutes’ drive away or about a 25-minute walk along the Ache River.
Hiking and biking trails start right in front of the house, and golf courses and swimming lakes are nearby.
In winter, you can easily reach the entrance to the SkiKitz Kitzbühel ski area via the Maierl or Pengelsteinbahn in just a few minutes by ski bus, which departs right from the house. When snow conditions are good, you can ski right out the door via the ungroomed “Obwiesn” run. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental is also just a few minutes away via the Ki-West aerial cableway.
