This vacation rental is a cozy 2-room apartment measuring 42 m² that sleeps up to 4 people in the Sierksdorf Vacation Park and features a balcony with a beach chair and a side view of the sea. Thanks to its location near the beach and the sea, the vacation apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea.
The living area features an open layout and includes a sofa area, a dining area, and a TV. The adjoining kitchen is seamlessly integrated and allows for flexible self-catering during your stay. Amenities include a glass-ceramic stove and oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation rental.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds, offering a pleasant retreat (2 x 90 x 200 cm; blackout curtains provided). In total, there are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom available. In the living room, a pull-out bunk bed provides an additional comfortable sleeping area for 2 people (sleeping area 2 x 80 x 200 cm, blackout curtains, closet).
The bathroom is functionally equipped and features a low-entry shower. A hair dryer is provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the vacation park for a fee. Practical amenities such as a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner round out the vacation apartment’s furnishings.
A special highlight is the balcony with a beach chair, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and spend relaxing hours. An electric awning conveniently provides additional sun protection. The side view of the sea creates a real vacation atmosphere.
From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, you can still use the balconies during the breeding season.
The sandy beach is only about 150 m away, and the sea is about 200 m away. A restaurant is located about 400 m away. Shopping facilities are about 2,000 m away, and the town center is about 2,500 m away. The train station and public transportation are each about 1,000 m away.
This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Pets are not allowed. Free private parking is available right at the property. You are welcome to rent bed linens and towels for a fee or, alternatively, bring your own.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex.
