Summary:

🌴 Spend your days between the beach across the street and Dream State’s heated pool and spa. Gather around the kitchen island, cook outdoors, or enjoy a round on the putting green. The rooftop deck brings Gulf and bay views into the evening, with Bridge Street’s shops and restaurants nearby.

The Space:

Thoughtfully designed for gathering and entertaining, Dream State offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with upscale finishes throughout.

The open-concept living room features soaring ceilings, designer coastal furnishings, and plenty of comfortable seating for the entire group. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Enjoy family dinners indoors or dine outside on the covered balcony while taking in the warm Gulf breeze.

The backyard is truly a private resort. Spend the day swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the spa, or soaking up the Florida sunshine on the tanning ledge.

Fire up the outdoor kitchen for dinner, challenge friends to a game of cornhole or practice your putting before ending the evening on the rooftop deck with panoramic views stretching from the Gulf of Mexico to the bay.
