Villa Mendez is a two-family villa located within the prestigious “Giardino degli Allori” residential complex in Contrada Fraginesi. The complex is just a short distance from Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The home is approximately 90 square meters and features 2 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Castellammare, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower), and verandas and balconies with views—perfect for breathtaking breakfasts, dinners, and aperitifs. On the first floor, there is a barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, private parking for two or more cars, and an outdoor shower—very convenient for those returning from the beach. The interior and exterior furnishings are of the highest quality and have been chosen with great care and good taste.
