A bright, newly renovated apartment located one floor below the garden and the main villa where I live, accessible via a flight of stairs. It consists of an entryway/living room with a sofa, dining table, and TV; a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the patio; a master bedroom with a tall window and a bathroom outside the room; and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a French door leading to the patio.
The apartment is surrounded by a courtyard with plants, part of which features a patio with a dining table and an outdoor shower.In addition to the courtyard surrounding the apartment, which is for exclusive use, guests can enjoy the garden on the upper level, equipped with lounge chairs, sunbeds, a gazebo, a shower, and a barbecue.
The apartment is located in the heart of the town of Ischia, 170 meters from the Pineta degli Atleti, a convenient spot for jogging and equipped with outdoor workout equipment.
