The modern and comfortable Stephan vacation home is located on the quiet outskirts of the Via Claudia vacation village in Lechbruck am See—nestled between Lake Lech and the idyllic Baderwäldlesee. Its location on the edge of the forest and surrounded by expansive meadows makes the house an ideal retreat for nature lovers and families.
With 114 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for a relaxing vacation. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a separate toilet. The house was first occupied in 2018 and offers modern, well-maintained, and high-quality living comfort.
For relaxing moments in the fresh air, there’s a large terrace, a lawn for sunbathing, and a private barbecue area—with a grill and charcoal provided. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable storage room. A carport with a wide driveway ensures convenient and sheltered parking, even in winter.
