Detached stone house with a private 10x5m pool (removable safety gates), featuring 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 bathroom. Wi-Fi, on-site parking in front of the cottage for 4 vehicles. Ideal for family vacations, nature lovers, those seeking relaxation, or outdoor enthusiasts such as hikers and cyclists. A 40-km hiking/mountain biking trail between Draguignan, Figanières, Callas, and the Châteaudouble Gorges passes near the private forest trail La Cassade, which provides exclusive access to the cottage. The owner, whose home is located 200 meters away (not overlooked by neighbors), will warmly welcome you and help you settle into your accommodations. Parties are not permitted. Ground-floor entrance: covered terrace with a summer kitchen area (griddle), glass door leading to the kitchen, which opens onto the spacious living room with TV, fireplace, and dining table; a pantry; a bathroom (bathtub, sink, shower, and toilet); and a double bedroom. Lower level: accessed via an interior staircase, small living area with a sofa, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two 80x190 cm beds, a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet), a laundry room with a washing machine, and one twin bedroom with two single beds.
