It features a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette (with a microwave, oven with stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.) and a cozy living/dining area with a large couch that can be converted into a bed for a third person using a mattress topper (sleeping area 80 x 200 cm).
Two flat-screen TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a stereo system, and a private, free parking space are included.
The beach and the promenade are right in front of the house and are separated only by the traffic-calmed Strandstraße, where the “Bimmelbahn” stop is also located.
