Welcome and “Moin” to the Küstenkoje!
This approximately 50-square-meter apartment, which was completely renovated in May 2021, features two separate bedrooms (berths). It also offers a stunning view (from the 4th floor) of the sea and the salt marshes.
NEW—pets allowed starting in 2026
Starting at noon, the balcony is bathed in sunlight until the sun sets right in front of you.
The private parking space makes parking a breeze, and you can see your vehicle from the balcony at all times.
You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the larger bedroom, which features a 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed. There is also a wardrobe there.
The second “small cabin” is equipped with a bunk bed; each level can support 100 kilograms and can therefore also be used by tall “landlubbers.”
In a pinch, the sofa in the living room can be used as a place to sleep.
The spacious balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Here, 4 people can easily enjoy the day, have breakfast, play games, and more. There are even comfortable chairs for 6 people.
For active guests, the Ostseeresidenz grounds feature a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table, as well as, of course, a lawn for ball games.
