Welcome to the Linquenda Apartment Building!
The Linquenda Apartment House, built as an extension to the charming Villa Linquenda, offers you eight comfortable vacation apartments located just about 100 meters from the fine-sand beach and the inviting promenade. In the immediate vicinity—just about 300 meters away—you’ll find fresh breakfast rolls, a variety of dining options, numerous shopping opportunities, and Ahlbeck’s landmark: the historic pier. You can also explore Usedom’s well-developed cycling and hiking trails, which start right outside your door.
All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality interiors. Warm terracotta tiles and harmonious decorative fabrics create a welcoming atmosphere. For families, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge upon request. In addition, a parking space is reserved for each apartment. Please note that parking may be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Of course, Wi-Fi is also included. Enjoy your time on your balcony or terrace, where outdoor furniture is provided. For your convenience, a shared washer and dryer are available. The machines are conveniently operated via a coin slot.
Apartment 12:
This bright and welcoming vacation apartment is located on the second floor of the new Villa Linquenda building. The 65-square-meter apartment is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to four people. It features a living area with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Two balconies round out the apartment’s amenities. A crib (without linens) and a high chair can be provided free of charge.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
