Come and discover the south bank of Ajaccio by enjoying this freshly renovated charming villa.
Ideally located in the heart of Bastelicaccia, close to shops, and located only 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport, 10 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio and 15 minutes from the city of Ajaccio.
The villa consists of a first floor with a large main room (living room, dining room and kitchen), a laundry room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (shower); an upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom (bathtub).
The villa is fully air-conditioned.
The first floor of the villa, totally independent and not overlooked by the garden or the swimming pool, is occupied by the owner, with absolute discretion. You will only come across him during the maintenance of the pool and/or garden, at the times that you will have previously agreed together.
TVs, wifi, washing machine and dryer.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 2,500 m2. It has a very large 5x10m swimming pool and a summer kitchen. The pool is protected by an alarm.
You will also have access to the summer kitchen and its table that can accommodate 8 guests. 2 large parasols will be at your disposal as well as 4 deckchairs.
The WEBER gas barbecue is also at your disposal.
