Tastefully furnished 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 44 square meters, on the 4th floor facing west, accommodating up to 4 people, with a west-facing balcony and ocean view (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions).
The entryway with a coat rack leads to the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom, and the shower room/toilet.
The living area consists of a seating area (two-seater couch, 2 armchairs), a double fold-out bed, a dining area, and cable TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker (filter), electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The new bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed at a comfortable sleeping height (sleeping surface 1.60 x 2 m, with 2 single mattresses and toppers).
