1-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 32 sqm) on the 5th floor with a west-facing balcony (afternoon sun with balcony furniture) offering a small ocean view—right in the heart of town yet still quiet.
This small vacation home is ideal for a couple’s getaway, in a prime beach location, directly across from the Syltness Center with its recreational pool. From here, you can easily set out on foot for your daily activities—whether it’s an early morning walk to the beach or an evening stroll to watch the sunset. The town is right “around the corner.”
Layout: 1-room vacation apartment with a combined living/sleeping area featuring a fixed double bed (dimensions 1.60 x 2 m, full-length topper, single mattresses), open kitchenette, nearly new shower room, balcony with a small sea view, flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, and toilet.
