From the living area, you have direct access to the large furnished terrace, which is perfect for cozy summer evenings. The entire first floor can be darkened with blinds—ideal for comfortable temperatures and restful nights.



A lockable shed is available for your bicycles, which also offers space for personal belongings. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, and Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. Electric car drivers can conveniently charge their vehicles at the on-site wallbox using the click2charge app—payment is easily made by credit card.
