This quiet and centrally located 1-room, non-smoking vacation rental (equivalent to a 2-room apartment) is located directly behind the dunes of Westerland and offers you exclusive comfort. The tastefully furnished apartment spans approximately 78.59 m² of total floor space (including the attic) on the 2nd floor facing south and is ideal for up to 2 people. Amenities include a spacious storage room, a large south-facing balcony with balcony furniture and cushions, and a private parking space.
Upon entering, the entryway leads to the combined living room/bedroom as well as the bright shower room/toilet. On the lower level is a separate sleeping area with a built-in box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a window that provides plenty of natural light. The cozy living area features a separate dining area, two comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen cable TV, a CD radio, and Wi-Fi. The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, and a Nespresso machine. Basic amenities also include a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A blackout curtain allows you to elegantly separate the sleeping area from the living area.
The bright shower room/restroom features a shower, sink, towel dryer, and toilet. A staircase leads to the attic, which features a spacious closet offering ample room to store suitcases, a clothes rack, and other items.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated dryer and washing machine.
