The cozy 2-roomapartment on the first floor spans 75 square meters of living space across two levels and offers plenty of room for up to 4 guests.
The lovingly furnished kitchen and dining area on the first level features an open kitchen with many high-quality appliances, such as a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a lovely dining nook for 4 guests. You can also make yourself comfortable in the armchairs with a good book or something similar.
The separate bedroom on this floor, featuring a double bed and a large built-in closet, is bright and cheerfully furnished.
You can access the furnished southeast-facing balcony from both the kitchen and dining area as well as from the bedroom.
The bathroom on the same level features a bathtub with an integrated shower and a toilet.
On the second level—the attic—which you can reach from the kitchen area via a staircase, is the open-concept living loft. Here, the pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space for two guests. For entertainment, this gallery is equipped with satellite TV and a stereo system.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
