Luxurious, single-level, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment, approx. 55 sqm on the 1st floor, with a southwest-facing loggia, for 2 people, consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.
The living room is exclusively furnished with a cozy leather sofa set (sofa converts to a bed, sleeping area 1.50 x 1.95 m), a wood-burning stove, a dining area with an open kitchen, and access to the southwest-facing loggia.
In terms of technology, the living room features a flat-screen cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a CD radio with an iPod docking station, a phone with free calls to German landlines (excluding cell phone calls), and free Wi-Fi internet access (subject to availability).
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and an egg cooker. A toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle are included as standard amenities.
