In terms of amenities, this cozy and very family-friendly 3-bedroom vacation home, measuring approximately 130 m²-bedroom vacation home, spread over two floors (plus a basement) near Boltenhagen, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 guests on the Baltic Sea. Families with children especially appreciate and love this house!

The living area on the first floor features, among other things, a beautiful wood-burning stove, two sofas, and an armchair—perfect for winding down in the evening after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea.
The separate kitchen, made of real wood, is equipped with high-end appliances and includes a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker —everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen also features a dining area.
Additionally, the first floor includes an entryway with a dresser and a coat rack, as well as a guest restroom.
From here, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where a comfortable armchair and a small dresser are situated in the Frisian gable—a cozy retreat for those seeking a bit of relaxation and peace. A stair gate is installed at the top of the stairs.

You’ll also find two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a solid wood crib, a dresser, and a closet. The guest/children’s room features two single beds, a closet, its own TV, and a DVD player.
There is also a bathroom on this level, equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet.

In this charming vacation home, the basement can also be used: Here you’ll find, among other things, a 23 m² playroom equipped with two standard windows featuring roller shutters. For fun and games, there’s a foosball table, two mattresses for romping around, and a ball pit.
In addition, this level features a sauna that can accommodate up to 4 guests. That’s pure relaxation!
You’ll also find a restroom here, a floor-level rain shower, and an ice-cold waterfall shower—perfect for sauna lovers.

The beautiful, furnished west-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a great view of the fields. The garden features a lawn, a 4 m² sandbox with sand toys for the kids, and a trampoline.

Special Features

This cozy vacation home with its own sauna, which is ideal for a family vacation on the Baltic Sea, is a smoke-free home. It is also designed to be allergy-friendly. For our younger guests, there is a high chair in the house that can be used free of charge. A retractable 4-meter-wide awning on the house provides protection from strong sunlight.
The first floor features underfloor heating and exterior roller shutters. The vacation home, which features two bathrooms and a garden, also includes a large carport for your car. Additional amenities in the vacation home include a washing machine (in the basement), a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner.

Bicycles

The handcart provided in the house is available for use free of charge.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if the equipment is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (ages 4 and up).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings

Online bookings are not permitted! If necessary, please send us an inquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All guests aged 16 and older are subject to the visitor’s tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
